Michael is responsible for a diverse portfolio of
external audit clients of both large privately
held and Not for Profit organisations.

He has also been involved in the evaluation and
review of accounting and internal control
systems, special investigations, and due
diligence assignments.

Michael started his career in the United Kingdom and has also worked in
the United States, with a variety of public and private technology and
financial services clients. This period included three years working as
chief financial officer for the private equity group of a San Francisco
based merchant bank.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy and Business Law
• Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland
• Chartered Accountant (CA) of the New Zealand Institute of
  Chartered Accountants
